Jackie Ray, age 51, of Louisa, died Monday, January 21, 2013 at Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland, KY. Jackie was born May 22, 1961 in Louisa, KY. She is the daughter of the late Randall Doc and the late Wanda Lee (Hammond) Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband Byron Ray.
She was a Homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters: April Dawn Meade of Kermit, WV, LeeAnn Zeek of Louisa, KY; son-in-law Robert Meade; son-in-law, Josh Zeek; 3 grandchildren.
The funeral will be held 1:00 pm on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Unity Baptist Church, , Blaine, KY with Bro. Ed Austin officiating. Burial will be in Yatesville Memorial Gardens, Louisa, KY.
Calling hours will be Thursday, January 24 after 6:00 pm at the Unity Baptist Church.
