Roberta Eloise Moore 86 of Genoa, WV went to be with the Lord on Saturday May 7, 2016. Mrs. Moore was born Aug. 10, 1929 at Borderland, WV the daughter of the late John Henry and Mary Ellen Thompson Snow. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Charlie Moore who died in 1978. She was a homemaker and a private caregiver. She was also a member of the Fort Gay Church of God. Survivors include a daughter Arzella Pratt and husband Bernard of Genoa, WV; two sons Murlin C. Moore and wife Laura of Shelby, OH and Kirby Moore and wife Margaret of Mansfield, OH; two sisters Peggy Curnutte and husband Charles and Maggie Vaughan all of Genoa, WV; three brothers Jay Willard Snow and wife Rosie, Franklin Snow and wife Dorseen, and Ralph Snow and wife Diane also of Genoa, WV; 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren and expecting another; and several nieces and nephews who were like grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 11th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Cemetery at Genoa, WV. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
