Juanita Elizabeth Williams, (Tootsie) 89 of Blaine is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior after passing peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday August 23rd in Kings Daughters Medical Center. She was born on March 19, 1923, in Grundy, VA, a daughter of the late Cecil and Maude Ison. Juanita was homemaker and a member of the Cains Creek Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking and visiting with her friends and family. Surviving are Juanita's loving husband of 70 years, Ray Williams; her children, Norma Miller of Louisa, Billy Williams of Blaine, Robert (Charlene) Williams of Louisa; grandchildren; Patricia (Dennis) Hatfield, John (Tamara) Thompson, James Thompson, Christopher (Joanna) Williams, Denise (Dan) Farry, Chad (Trish) Williams, Kelli (Eddie) Dixon; great grandchildren; Sarah Herndon, Aaron Hatfield, Bailey Thompson, Tommy, Trevor, and KaSandra Thompson, Katie and Ellen Williams, Georgia, Morgan, and Lauren Farry; great-great grandchild; Noah Ray Herndon; a brother Ronald Ison of Blaine, and a sister Peggie Jewell of Ohio. A remembrance gathering will be held on Monday August 27th between 6:00 pm -8:00 pm at the Cains Creek Freewill Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be given to the Cains Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
