Harley D. Ratliff, 26, of Webbville, KY passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Harley was born August 8, 1995 in Huntington,West Virginia to Chris and April Music Ratliff.
He is survived by his father Chris Ratliff III and mother April (Music) Ratliff; one son, A.J. Ratliff; one daughter, Charleigh; one sister, Haley Ratliff; Paternal Grandparents, Emily & Junior Ratliff, Maternal Grandparents, Pauline & Rex Music; and the mother of his son & special friend, Michelle West.
He was a Union Laborer.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, December 4 from 5:00 PM until the time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
