Alvin Dennis Phelps 84 of Louisa, Kentucky passed from this life into heaven on Friday July 22, 2022, at his home following a brief illness.
Mr. Phelps was born August 23, 1937, at Sylvester, West Virginia to the late Cecil W. and Margarett L. Phelps. He was a retired Regional Manager for Kmart. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Lynda Jay Nickell Phelps.
Survivors include his stepdaughter Carol Workman and husband Bobby; a stepson Gregory Dean Nelson and wife Karen; Step Grandchildren Jessica Nelson, Aimee Workman, Annie May, Leslie Nguyen, Ashley Nelson, and Allison Nelson; and 15 Step Great Grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 26th at 11:00 am at the Greenlawn Cemetery Louisa, KY with Rev. Bobby Workman officiating.
