Louise Boggs Carter, 84, of Blaine, KY passed away on October 1, 2022, at UK Medical Center, surrounded by loved ones. Louise was born May 2, 1938, to the late Clyde Boggs and Terra Boggs Moore.  In addition to her parents, Louise was also preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Carter, and two sons, Zachary Carter and Anthony Carter.

Louise was the mother of seven children. Surviving her are three daughters, Anita Reffitt (Vernon)of Georgia, Regina Thacker (Mike) of Greenup, KY, and Melinda Sandefur (Garry) of Willard, KY, and two sons, Christopher Carter and David Carter, both of Blaine, KY.

She devoted her life to being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Louise loved to hunt and fish.  She had a big love for flowers and gardening and was a big fan of animals.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 1 pm at Cains Creek Enterprise Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Childers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Castle Cemetery.  Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, from 6-9pm at the Cains Creek Enterprise Baptist Church.  All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
