Norman "D" Douglas Whiten 75 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away March 6, 2025, following an extended illness.

Norman was born October 3rd, 1949, in Louisa, Kentucky the son of the late Christine Pack. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a daughter Dee Dee Whiten; first cousins James Shannon, Joe Pack, and Jerry Shannon; five aunts and uncles; his grandparents Hubert and Lucy Parks Pack and a grandson.

Norman was of Christian Faith. He was a retired Long Haul Truck Driver, a Fan and Member of the Tennessee Walking Horse Association, and worked in many other trades as well.

Survivors include cousins Doug Ryland, Diana Sammons, Mary Ann Pack, Theresa West and Nancy Wheeler; close friends, Elizabeth "Beth Ann" Blevins, Don Oppenheimer, and Lisa and Archie Parsons and a host of friends and folks he loved.

Mr. Whiten’s “last ride” and burial date along with the Celebration of Life will be publicly announced at a later date.

Care for Mr. Whiten has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
