Obituary of Jessie Fields

Jessie Fields Jr. 72 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away May 25, 2025 at his home following a brief illness.

Jessie was born February 16, 1953 at Kermit, West Virginia, the son of the late Jessie and Ora Parsley Fields. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by sisters Ethel Flemings and Lois Ann Fields and a brother George L. Fields.

Jessie was retired from the United States Postal Service and served in the United States Marine Corp.

Survivors include his loving wife Eleanor Fitzpatrick Fields; two sons Jessie Nathan Fields and wife Sara, and Michael Kelton Fields and wife Teah; grandchildren Ashley Wellman-Fields, Ethan Richard Fields, and Roger Blayne Parker Fields;  sisters Avanell Hodge, Loretta Fitch, and Helen (Keith) Evans, and a brother Michael Lundy Fields.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 29th at noon at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Ken Allen officiating. Burial will follow at the Riverview Memorial Gardens at Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday May 28th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
