Obituary of Doris Faye Cordle

Doris Faye Cordle 89 of Blaine, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on May 28, 2025.

Doris was born February 29, 1936 at Ashland, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John L. and Callie Grayson Burch. In addition to her parents Doris is preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Cordle; two sons Michael and Mark Cordle; and two sisters Tina Moore Elliott and Nora Engle.

Doris was a homemaker and member of the Lower Brushey United Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons Larry Edward and Gary Lynn Cordle; two brothers Warren and Louie Burch; two sisters Orvilla Forrest and Joyce Cordle; 8 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 30th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Cordle and Bro. Stacey Steele officiating. Burial will follow in the Cordle Cemetery on Raccoon Branch Road Blaine, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Friday May 30th from 11:00 am until time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.
