Jack Bowen Sr. 61 of Fort Gay, West Virginia passed away June 25, 2025 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center.

Jack was born January 11, 1964 at Louisa, Kentucky the son of the late Ashley and Eva Fitch Bowen. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Robin Bowen.

He was a United States Army Veteran and a Telecommunications Supervisor.

Survivors include his wife Leslie Rawlings Bowen; two sons Jack Bowen Jr. and Paul Evan Rawlings; siblings David (Peggy) Bowen, Anna Farley, Nora (Robert) Campbell, Ricky (Debbie) Bowen, John Bowen, Marsha (David) Clifton, and Patricia (Marc) Labrecque.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 9th at 4:00 pm at the Fort Gay Veterans Memorial Park at 146 Doss Hill Road Fort Gay, West Virginia.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to help with the final expenses.
