Pearlie Sue Owens, 80 of Mill Creek Fort Gay, West Virginia passed away August 16, 2025 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital.

Sue was born November 5, 1944 at Iaeger, West Virginia the daughter of the late Nebert (Babe) Copley and Mary Madgalene Muncy Copley. In addition to his parents she was preceded in death by a brother James Mitchell Copley.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband James S. Owens; a daughter Kathy Owens; three sons Bryan Owens, Kevin (Soncha) Owens, and Mark (Belinda) Owens; a sister Velva Leeson; and grandchildren Tanner Owens and Hayden (Emma) Owens.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 21st at 1:30 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Will Compton officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery at Webb, West Virginia.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday August 21st from noon until time of services at Wilson Funeral Home.
