Douglas McArthur Senters Obituary
Douglas McArthur "Doug" Senters 82 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away August 21, 2025 at The Jordan Center following a long illness.
Doug was born May 7, 1943 at Ashland, KY the son of the late Proctor and Elsie Hammond Senters. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Sherry Adams Senters and a son Scottie Senters.
Doug was retired C & O Railroad Welder and a United States Army Veteran.
Survivors include five sisters Betty Bentley, June Diamond, Barbara Sue Preston, Faye Hughes, and Wilma Jean Burchett; grandchildren Steven, Tyler, and Mahalia Senters.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 26th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Jessie Adams Family Cemetery at Ulysses, Kentucky.
Friends may visit the family on Tuesday August 26th from 11;00 am until time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.
Care for Doug and his family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
