Karen Lynn Adams, 72, of Louisa, KY, born September 3rd, 1953 in Paintsville, KY.

She was a special person that will not be forgotten. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She lived her life caring for family and found joy in her animals. She loved arts; creating, crafting, and collecting.

She is the daughter of the late Cora Adams Meek Smith and Celsus Gilbert Meek born in Whitehouse, KY. She is survived by a daughter Vanessa Adams; a son Charles (Claudia) Adams; her husband Charlie Adams; grandchildren Joshua Adams, Jacob Adams, Katie Adams, and Christian (Summer) Sherman; a sister Patricia (Johnny) Frye; a special nephew Christopher (Sarah) Daniel; a special Great Nephew Colin Daniel; a special niece Rachel (Sumit) Kapoor, Aashna Kapoor a special great niece, Sonali Kapoor a special great niece, Jamie (Gerald) Haley a special niece, Finn Haley a special great nephew, Cora Haley a special great niece; a uncle Fred (Dean) Meek; cousins Bill (Stephanie) Adams and Brett (Glenna) Adams; and many special cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on November 8, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Paintsville Recreation Center Kitchen at 232 Preston Street Paintsville KY 41240.
