Glenna Fay Kelley 83 of Cains Creek Blaine, Kentucky passed away December 1, 2025 at her home following a long illness.

Fay was born August 23,1942 at Blaine, Kentucky the daughter of the late George W. and Flossie Davis Wheeler. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Ott Kelley; and siblings David, Claude, Lowell, Trinnie Wheeler and Mildred McIntyre.

She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister,and aunt who loved sewing and working in the garden. She graduated from Blaine High School in 1963 and was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include two daughters Sherry Vance and Susan (Billy) Hammonds; grandchildren Elijah Vance, Asia Hammonds, Kayla Hammonds, Billy Hammonds Jr.; step granddaughter Valerie Vance; Step Great Granddaughter Kilee McCarty; siblings Danny Wheeler, Ray (Norma) Wheeler and Sharon (Mike) Parker.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 6, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may visit the family on Saturday December 6th from 11:00 am until time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.
