Carolyn Sue Frazier, 76 years, of Louisa, KY passed away on Wednesday December 24, 2025 at Community Hospice Care Center following a long illness.

Carolyn was born on Monday May 30, 1949 in Olive Hill, KY the daughter of the late John and Beulah Cooper. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers Roger and Arlie Cooper.

Carolyn retired from Wackenhut as a security guard. She spent most of her life as a homemaker. She loved being a wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, friend, and neighbor. 

She loved to cook for her family, plant flowers, sew, listen to birds sing, and especially yardsales. She made her own clothes in high school and made clothes for her children when they were small.

She was always the first to help anyone and is now rejoicing in Heaven.

Survivors include her loving husband Max Frazier Jr.; a son Duane (Gennenne) Frazier of Louisa, KY; two daughters Kelly (Danny) Music of Louisa, KY and Rita (Brian) Pemberton of Argilite, KY; three brothers Gene (Charlotte) Littleton of Newton, NC, Stanley Cooper of Mansfield, OH, and John (Debbie) Cooper of Willard, OH; two sisters Mary Webb of Olive Hill, KY and Madonna (Bill) Cook of Olive Hill, KY; five grandchildren Derek Frazier, Cody Frazier, Kayla Norris, Karli Dean, and Abigail (AJ) Vannatter; eight great-grandchildren Landon Frazier, Lexi Frazier, Rory Frazier, Hadlei Norris, Lleyton Norris, Isla Norris, Eissa Shofidiya, and Harlyn Vannatter; and many nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services for Carolyn will be held on Sunday, Dec 28th at 2:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Denny Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens in Louisa, KY.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Dec 28th from 11:00 AM until the time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care for Carolyn and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
