James Everett Boggs Obituary

James Everett Boggs 85 of Louisa, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2026 following a brief illness.


James was born February 13, 1940 at Sacred Winds, Kentucky the son of the late Delbert and Opal Edwards Boggs. He was a retired carpenter.


Survivors include his loving wife Linda Bradley Boggs; three sons John Glenn Boggs, James Edward Boggs, and Joseph Everett Boggs; a granddaughter Jessica (Evan) Steelman; great grandchildren Finn Steelman and Emilia Steelman; and four sisters Dottie (James) Graham, Leona Cooper, Daphine (Richard) Boggs, and Geraldine (Amos) Thornsberry.


Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 20th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Osborne and Rev. Bobby Workman officiating. Burial will follow at the Bradley Cemetery Route 32 Louisa, Kentucky.


Friends may visit the family on Tuesday January 20th from noon until time of services at Wilson Funeral Home.
