Clyde Leo Smith 50 of Rush, Kentucky passed away January 18, 2026 at The Jordan Center following a long illness.
Leo was born October 6, 1975 at Ashland, Kentucky the son of the late Clyde Smith Jr. and Sharon Kay Chaffin Smith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two granddaughters Bailee and Harper.
He was a Contractor.
Survivors include his children Kayla (Nick) Branham, Justin ( Morgan) Smith, Lexi (Colby) Hill,and Leanna Smith; grandchildren Nash, Raydan, Bailyn, Emma, Nixon, Lincoln, and Harlyn; and two sisters Tina Reffitt and Coralea France.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced by the family.
Care for Leo and his family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
