Reba Derene Chaffin 84 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away January 23, 2026 following a long illness.

Reba was born April 7, 1941 at Louisa, the daughter of the late Stanley and Clevie Nancy Jane Sparks Chaffin. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son Gary Jobe; a son-in-law Gary Hicks; a granddaughter Marcellia Conley;  sisters Jenny Wilks, Lena Chaffin, May Chaffin, Linda Moore, and Mary Bell; brothers Freddie, Frankie, William, Noah, Randy, and Owen.

Survivors include daughters Sheila (Randall) Workman, Birdie Hicks, Lisa (John) Deboard, Carol (Kevin) Huff, and Rita  (Mike) Bowens; a son Timothy Jobe; 17 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, a sister Lois Chaffin; and a brother Tracy Chaffin.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday January 29th at noon at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Hicks Family Cemetery on Roe Creek.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday January 28th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
