Debra June Howard 66 of Ulysses, Kentucky passed away February 15, 2026 at her home following a brief illness.


Debra was born April 9, 1959 at Paintsville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Theodore and Easter Meek. She was also preceded in death by a siter Bertha Boyd.


Survivors include her loving husband Joe Howard; a son Steven (Kelly) Howard; grandchildren Benjamin Miles Howard, Maddie Jude, and Bubby Jude; a brother Charles Meek; and a sister Diane Adams.


In keeping with her wishes there will be no services at this time.
