Amy Sue Childers 58 of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on February 19, 2026.

Amy was born June 2, 1967 at Columbus, Ohio the daughter of the late Jim Tom and Geneva James Buskirk. She was a Medical Transcriptist.

Survivors include her loving husband Joey Childers; a daughter Kaitlin (Zack) Todd; grandchildren Bradyn Todd and Lexi Todd; a sister Lisa Maynard; brothers James Tucker Buskirk, Lester Buskirk, and Henry Buskirk; her furry friends Susie & Sally; and two very special friends Eloise Wright and Mary Ellen Harmon.

Funeral services will be held on Monday February 23rd at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday February 22nd from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
