Matthew Kyle Lovely, 33, of Louisa, Kentucky passed away February 22, 2026 following a sudden illness.

Matthew was born February 25, 1992 at Louisa, the son of Ronald and Bernice Flemings Lovely. He was a Direction Support Professional with A Brighter Future Corp.

Survivors include his daughter Myah Lovely, the joy of his life; his parents Ronald and Bernice Lovely; a wife Shenisha Preston, a sister Jessica Dawn (Markel) Preston; brothers Ronald Harrison (Rebecca) Lovely and Justin (Autumn) Lovely; his ex-wife Martia Maddox; mothers-in-laws Andie Maddox and Shelby Preston; father-in-law Glen "Buck" Palmer; brother-in-laws Marcus Preston, Marcel (Tiffany) Preston, and Shane Preston; Special Neices Raelyn, Kandise, and Brooklyn; Special Nephews Roger, Marquis, Davion, Dashawn, and Lincoln; special uncles Hoss, Mike, Leonard, Mikie Joe, Fred, and Cecil; a very special nephew Xander Martin-Mills; a special cousins Cody Jackson, Chris Mills, Andrew Mills, Jonathon Jackson and Fred Jackson; and special friends Cody Bevins, Antonio Thomas, Lisa Burton, Michelle Robinson, and Zhavia Burton, He was preceded in death by his father-in-law Darrin Maddox.

Funeral services will be held on Friday Feb. 27th at noon at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Cox and Rev. Jim Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery East Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may visit the family on Thursday evening Feb. 26th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

The family ask that instead of flowers expressions of sympathy take the form of donations on the funeral expenses to the Wilson Funeral Home.
