Joyce Marie Isaac, 75, of Louisa, KY passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at her home. Joyce was born on March 10, 1950 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Ballard and Faith Nelson Pennington.

She was a School Aid for Lawrence County Board of Education.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband Charles Ray Isaac; a son Charles David (Kathy) Isaac; a daughter Nancy Louise (Kirk Vickery) Foster; four grandsons Caleb Vickery, J.D. Church, Casey Pack, and Christopher Stokes; two granddaughters Savannah Vickery and Alisa Lunceford; a sister Nora (Darren) Lemaster; and 7 great-grandchildren.                                      

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Isaac Park Church in Louisa, KY with Rev. Mack Ray Cyrus, Rev. Roger Jordan, and Rev. David Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Isaac Park Cemetery in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, March 5th from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Isaac Park Church.
