Joe Willis Hylton Sr. 85 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away on April 10, 2026 at his home following a long illness.

Joe was born July 2, 1940 at Louisa, Kentucky the son of the late Richea and Mae Thompson Hylton. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters Delores Ann Moore and Cynthia Jane Hylton; Martha and Roberta Quesenberry; and four brothers Homer, Lester, Dean, and Ben Hylton.

He was a logger and farmer.

Survivors include his loving wife Lucille Hylton; two sons Joe W. Hylton Jr. and wife Toni, and Timmy Hylton; a daughter Annie Blankenship and husband Randy; grandchildren Zack (Annabelle) Blankenship, Bennie Hylton, Josh (Samantha) Hylton, Michael Hylton, Ashley Hylton; great grandchildren Hayden Jake Blankenship, Luke Blankenship, Amelia Blankenship, and Sawyer Hylton.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday April 13th at 1:00 pm at the Yatesville Memorial Gardens with Rev. Roger Jordan officiating.
