Audrey Ann Vance Steiner 72 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Friday April 10, 2026 at her home following a brief illness.

Audrey was born April 28, 1953 at Painesville, Ohio the daughter of the late Hubert and Margaret York Vance. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings Anna Morris, William "Herbie" Vance, and Thomas Vance. 

She was a Licensed Practical Nurse working in local hospitals for years.

Survivors include her loving husband Clyde Steiner; a son Trent Steiner and wife Kristin; two daughters Effie and Kathy Steiner; sisters Wilma (Clyde "Bud" Wilson, Donna (Fred) Bailey, and a brother Leburn Vance; a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 14th at 11:00 am at the Calvary Baptist Church of Chapman with Rev. Gene Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Vance Cemetery at Chapman, Kentucky. 

Friends may visit the family on Monday evening from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Calvary Baptist Church of Chapman.
