Adam John Eddy 56 of Catlettsburg, Kentucky passed away June 30, 2026 at the UK Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Adam was born May 19, 1970 at Jamestown, New York the son of Steven Eddy and Becky Morris. He was a Environmental Inspector.
Survivors include his loving wife Suzanne Eddy; two daughters Elizabeth Opal (Enrique) Flores and Desiree Eddy; step children Santeena (Steven) Walker, Zachery (Katie) Spears, Brandon (Danielle) Spears, Matthew Spears, and Jo Ann (Justin) Triplett; and his father Steven Eddy, and his mother Becky Morris, and 19 Grandchildren.
Friends may visit the family on Sunday July 5th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
