Doris Ann Thompson 80 of Louisa, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on July 5, 2026 after a long illness.

Doris was born September 10, 1945 at Fort Gay, WV, the daughter of the late Bill and Ivorie Jackson Robertson. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Don Thompson and grandson Joshua Scott Hillman.

Survivors include a daughter Donna Hillman; a grandson Brenton Ford; two brothers Eugene Robertson and Archie Robertson; nieces Carol Lowe, Brenda Ratcliff, Karen Thompson, Kathy Maynard, Joyce Lemaster,Monica Berry, Bonnie Wilcoxon, Bonnie Robertson, Linda Maynard, and Pam Thompson; a nephew Herbert Robertson; and her best friend Ramona Preston.

Funeral services will be held on Friday July 10th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. 

Friends may visit the family on Friday July 10th from 11:30 am until the time of services at the Wison Funeral Home.
