Mary Louise Chaffin, 80 years, of Louisa, passed away on Thursday July 23rd, 2026 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, Kentucky.
She was born on Sunday May 12, 1946 in Inez, Kentucky. The daughter of the late John and Tennie (Crum) Davis. In additon to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Sue Chaffin.
Survivors include two daughters, Lorrie (Roy) Smith and Lois (Danny) Adkins, and 3 grandchildren.
Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, Jul 27 from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home 1270 Hwy 2565, Louisa with burial to follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens.
