Hazel Jean Adkins 85 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away July 22, 2023 at the J. J. Jordan Geriatric Center of Louisa, Kentucky.

Hazel was born December 22, 1937 at Carrolton, Michigan, the daughter of the late Liss Laney and Annie Moore Laney. In addition to her parents she is preceeded in death by her son James E. Bryant.

Hazel was a Homemaker.

Survivors include her husband Dock Adkins Jr. and her son Junior Johnson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 29th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Cecil Ferguson officiating.

Burial will follow in the Dock Adkins Cemetery at Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Friday July 28th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home.

Care for Hazel and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
