Jill Olivia Miller Moore 48 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away on February 13, 2024 at her home following a long illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Jill was born January 15, 1976 at Wyandotte, Michigan the daughter of the late Dale Lycan and Julia Thompson Lycan. She was a Homemaker.

Survivors include her loving husband Bob Moore; two daughters Chloe Dulesky and Madison Miller; and a brother Ray Lycan.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, February 18th at 5 pm at the Saltpetre Community Church in Fort Gay, WV with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating.

Friends may visit the family from 4 pm until the time of services at the Saltpetre Community Church on Sunday, February 18th.

Care for Jill and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
