Frances Dorothy Williams 72 of Blaine, Kentucky passed away February 23, 2024 at Kings Daughters Medical Center.
Frances was born Feb. 9, 1952 at London, England, the daughter of the late Ella Frances Atkins.
Survivors include a daughter Shannon Frances Williams and a son AIvan Francis Williams III.
A Memorial Service will be held in Colorado at a later date to be announced by the family.
Care for Frances and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
