Hubert Milton Osborne 70 of Blaine, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday Feb. 9, 2016 following a long illness. Milton was born Feb. 15, 1945 at Blaine, KY the son of the late Hubert and Sylvia Sparks Osborne. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Raymond Osborne and two sisters Faye Bates and Lucy Barker. Milton was a retired Lawrence County Road Department Employee and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his wife Shirley Cooper Osborne, a daughter Pam Clester and husband Robert of Blaine, KY; four sons Robert Osborne of Fallsburg, KY, Earl Osborne and wife Cindy of Blaine, Mike Osborne and wife Mary of Webbville, KY and Roger Osborne and wife Charity also of Blaine; a brother Jerry Osborne and wife Pam of Rush, KY, a half-brother Harold Osborne and wife Tena of Blaine, three half-sisters Brenda Slone of Louisa, KY, Patsy Arrington and husband Fred of Blaine, and Susie Ratliff and husband Larry Gene of Fallsburg, KY; a step brother Darrell Lowe also of Blaine; eleven grandchildren Tina Muncy, Travis, Rose, Willie, Zach, Lillie, Hannah, Hunter Osborne, Zach Blankenship, Milton Lee and Patrick Clester; two great grandchildren Darlene Muncy and Kevin Delong. Funeral services will be held on Friday Feb. 12th at 2:00 pm at the Cains Creek FWB Church with Rev. Rodney King and Rev. Jonathan King officiating. Burial will follow in the Osborne Cemetery at Blaine. Friends may visit the family after 4:00 pm Thursday at the Cains Creek FWB Church. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
