William Herbert Vance, 62, of Louisa, KY passed away Thursday, December 5, 2019. Mr. Vance was born February 27, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Hubert and Margaret York Vance. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Morris, one brother, Tommy Vance, and one niece, Erma Vance.  

 He is survived by two sons, Hubert Vance and Jason Vance; two daughters, Melissa (Chris) Stovic and Margaret (Donnie Jr.) Cline; one brother, Lee Vance; three sisters, Donna Bailey, Audrey Steiner, Wilma Wilson; and six grandchildren, Alissa, Jaylann, Kenslee, Sebastian, Isabella, and Zoey.                                              

He was an automotive mechanic. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, December 8 after 3:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
