Obituary of Ronald Gene Dye

Ronald Gene Dye, 75, of Martha, Kentucky went home to be with his Lord on February 2, 2020 following a sudden illness.

Mr. Dye was born on February 20, 1944 in Grundy, Virginia. He is the son of the late Louis and Cora Collins Dye. Mr. Dye was a retired Master Electrician in the coal mining industry and had proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era.

Ronald leaves behind a wife, Winnie Toppins Dye and two children, Regina Annette Dye of Wittensville, Ky and Christopher Stephen Dye and wife Donna Carol of Prestonsburg Ky. In addition to his family he also leaves a host of friends and neighbors whom he loved.

Funeral Services for Mr. Dye will be conducted on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 11:00 am with Pastor Charles Bayless officiating.

Friends may call on Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at The Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa Ky.

Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast in Greenup County Kentucky.
