Earl Cook, Jr., 50, of Louisa, KY passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at his home. Mr. Cook was born April 23, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Lyda Cook, Sr. and Brenda Cole.

He is survived by his mother Brenda (Cole) Parker; his wife, Connie Cook; one daughter, Kirsten Cook; two brothers, Edward (Michelle) Parker and William "Billy" (Jessica) Parker; and two sisters, Rolanda (Wendle) Williams and Genevieve (Sean) Spalding.  He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Patty Bryant; sister-in-law - Valerie (Jon) Hannah, and a host of nieces & nephews.                                            

He was a Registered Nurse. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date to be determined by the family.

All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
