Thelma Lee Stepp, age 77, of Louisa, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at home in Louisa. Thelma was born October 12, 1935 in Delbarton, WV. She is the daughter of the late Edgar Wesley and the late Lacie Florence (Vinson) Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband John B. Stepp She was a retired health caregiver. She is survived by three daughters: Betty Johnson of Louisa, KY, Kelly Ann Brown of TN, Theresa Mccoy of TN and three sons: Lacey Fletcher of OH, Carlos Fletcher of GA, Charles Mullins of Louisa, KY; ; she also has eight grandchildren Nathanel, Pebbles, Amyanda, Carly, Carlos, Dustin, Mitchell, and Michael; a great grandson Cheyenne. In keeping with her wishes she was cremated. Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery Louisa, KY. .
