Freda Hayes, 92, of Bluffton, IN passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020. Mrs. Hayes was born May 22, 1928 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late William and Gladys Jordan Conley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Yolas Hayes, one son, Charles Thompson, one daughter, Vivian Bailey, two sister, Peggy Perkins and Betty Bailey, and two brothers, William Conley, Jr. and Paul Conley. 

 

She is survived by one daughter, Floneta Welsh; fourteen grandchildren; and several great and great great grandchildren.                                           

 

She was a Retired Factory Worker. 

 

A graveside service will be conducted at 11AM on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, KY with Pastor Joey VanMeter officiating. Burial will follow in the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
