Obituary of Calvin Lee Moore

Calvin Lee Moore 93 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Saturday October 31, 2020 at his home following a brief illness.

Calvin was born December 21, 1926 at Charley, KY the son of the late Walter Lee and Regina Miller Moore. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Nora Bell Thompson Moore and a daughter Lois June Grace.

To our Mother , he was called her “husbandman”, to his children we called him “Daddy”, to his grandchildren he was called “Grandpa”, to some children he was called “The Chew Gum Man”, to some of his ole work buddies he was called “The Judge”, to his daddy and mother he was called “Son”.

Survivors include two daughters Joy Cooley and husband Dean and Judy Mace and husband Glenn, a son Bobby Lee and wife Jennifer; four grandchildren Carlos Cooley, Casey Cooley, Robbie Mace, and Johnathan Mace; and six great grandchildren.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday November 3^rd from 11:00 am to Noon at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens.
