Obituary of William David Hounshell

William David Hounshell, 66, of Louisa passed away at home on Thursday, November 5, 2020, surrounded by loved ones. David was born October 28, 1954 to the late William Allen Hounshell and the late Anna Harris Hounshell Masters. He was a retired mechanic for Criswell Trucking.

He is survived by his wife, Oma (Susie) Hounshell, stepfather, Scott Masters of Kegley, WV, three daughters, Christy (Greg) Dever of Lawrenceburg, KY, Donna Hounshell of Fort Gay, WV, and Brooke Peterman of Fort Gay, WV, one son, Travis (Jennifer) Hounshell of Louisa, KY, a brother, George Hounshell of Louisa, KY, and special brother, Larry (Geanie) Criswell of Catlettsburg, KY.  He also leaves behind thirteen grandchildren, Nahan Haten, Brianna Fugitt, JC Fugitt, Bethany Hay, McKenzie Hounshell, Lukas Dever, Blake Dever, Jaxson Hounshell, Easton Hounshell, Lawson Peterman, Kendyll Peterman, Karlee Peterman, Addison Hounshell and four great-grandchildren, Samuel and Matthew Haten and Brantley and Memphis Hay.

Per his request, a small private memorial will be held in Kegley, WV.  All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
