Obituary of Dorothy Metcalf

Dorothy Metcalf, 87, of Louisa, KY passed away Friday, November 6, 2020. Dorothy was born June 25, 1933 in Auburn, Kentucky to the late Claude and Beatrice Walker Dunn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Robert Metcalf, three children, Donna Williams, Roger Carpenter, and David Kerr, and five brothers, Robert Tom, William, James, and Roy, and one sister, Linda.

She is survived by one daughter, Loretta Roberts; one brother, Ike Dunn; one sister, Helen Brown; five grandsons, Lee Roberts, Jeremy Roberts, Jason Williams, Gordon Williams, and Marcus Williams; and two granddaughters, Antissa Wells and Brittany Kerr. She also leaves behind several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was a Homemaker.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating. Dorothy will be laid to rest with her husband in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.»(Do not delete this line.
