Obituary of Candy Preece Jones

Candice Lynn Preece Jones, 64, of Louisa, KY passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 following an extended illness. Candy was born October 9, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio to the late T.J. and Carolyn June Carter Preece. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jones.  

She is survived one brother, Sonny (Linda) Preece; two sister, Sandra (Tony) Boggs and Crystal (David) Kazee; three nieces LaShea Nicole Preece (Heath) Hudnall, Brooke (Mark) Spillman Sharp, and Jessica (Brandon) Puckett; two nephews, Roy (Jordanne) Spillman and Wallace Kazee; seven great-nieces and nephews, Kinsley Spillman, Madelyn Spillman, Hunter Spillman, Layla Puckett, Claire Puckett, Lane Kazee, and Noah Kazee; and three grandpups, Zephyr, Bo, and Daisy. 

Candy was a faithful member of Carter Chapel Church until it’s dissolution, after that she enjoyed attending Spenser FWB Church, Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church, and Catalpa FWB Church.                                               

 Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm on Sunday, January 3, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, January 2 from 6-9pm at Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.»(Do not delete this line.
