Edgar Riley Lycan, 89, of Ulysses, KY passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021. Edgar was born April 18, 1931 in Louisa, KY to the late Anthony Wayne, Jr. and the late Minnie Catherine Austin Lycan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Ruth Lycan.
He is survived by two sons, Tim Lycan and Arthur Randy Lycan; three daughters, Oretha Marchelle (Dale) Isaac, Tamralee Ruth (Scott) Frazier, and Cheri (Eric) Preston; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was the owner of Lycan’s Greenhouse, an U.S. Navy veteran, and a member of the Carpenter’s Union Local 472.
A private graveside service will be conducted at Pinehill Cemetery in Louisa, KY. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
