Obituary of Nancy Josephine McKinney
Nancy Josephine McKinney, 77, of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Mrs. McKinney was born March 7, 1943 in Crum, West Virginia to the late Herbert and Mary Sammons Maynard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry “Pete” McKinney, one son, Terry McKinney, three brothers, Mose Ratcliff, Don Ratcliff, and Tom Ratcliff, and two sisters, Mary Ray and Dorothy Ratcliff.
She is survived by two sons, Clark (Barbara) McKinney and Barry (Cheryl) McKinney; two brothers, Lacie Ratcliff and Jack Ratcliff; four sisters, Helen Pope, Colista May, Kay Mangus, and Loretta Radawiec; two granddaughters, Annika McKinney and Jessica McKinney; and one grandson, Casey McKinney; and 4 Great- Grandkids.
She was a Homemaker.
A private graveside service will be conducted at the McKinney Cemetery with Pastor Bubby Davis officiating. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
