Juanita Castle 46 of Louisa, KY passed away March 24, 2021 at the UK Health Care in Lexington, KY.
Juanita was born October 8, 1974 at Louisa, KY the daughter of the late Harold and Francis Wallace Castle. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons Harold Houston, Freddy Houston, and Nathaniel Houston; a sister Sharon Hughes, a brother Jeff Castle, and twelve grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
