Obituary of Jack E. Williamson
Jack E. Williamson completed his life journey on April 2, 2021 in Piqua, Ohio. Jack was born on January 29, 1926 in Nolan, West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Niza Salmons Williamson and six siblings, Bill, Bob. Roberta Lois, Doris Jean, Janet Lee, and Jim.
Surviving him are nieces Karen James of Bradenton, FL, Pam Francis of Marion, OH, Janet Huff of Piqua, OH, nephews Ed James of Bradenton FL, Tom James of Princeton, WV, Kenneth Williamson of Canal Winchester, OH, and several great nieces and nephews.
Jack was a WWII Veteran serving in France and Germany and retired from the Norfolk & Western Railroad in 1988 after 40 years of service. He is remembered as a man of great character and generosity and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 5:00-7:00pm at Wilson Funeral Home with burial at the Salmons-Endicott-Williamson Cemetery on Saturday at noon.
