Wanda Lee Parks 62 of Louisa, KY went to be with her Lord on Thursday February 21, 2013 following a brief illness. Wanda was born June 5, 1950 in Louisa, the daughter of the late Ray and Shirley Johnson Wheeler. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister Ruth Deboard. Wanda was a homemaker. Survivors include her loving husband Raymond Russell Parks II, a daughter and son-in-law Angela and Marvin Rose of Louisa, three sons and daughter-in-laws Rusty and Meghan Parks of Columbus, Ohio, Herbie and Kristi Parks of Louisa, KY, Mike and Jamie McBride also of Columbus, Ohio; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; a sister Linda Bolt of Louisa; three brothers Willis Wheeler of Fort Worth, Texas, Ted Wheeler of Louisa, and Ronnie Wheeler of Chicago, IL; a special niece and best friend Shirla Wells also of Louisa. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday February 24th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Rick May and Bro. James Eddie Mabry. Burial will follow in the Wheeler Cemetery at Louisa, KY. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday February 23rd at the Wilson Funeral Home.
