Obituary of Katherine Lavern Horton

Katherine Lavern Horton, 72, of Rush, KY passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at her home following an extended illness. Kathy was born November 8, 1949 in White House, Kentucky to the late Shade and Pearl Parks Dutton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dewey and James Dutton, and one sister, Libby Long.

She is survived by her loving husband, June Horton; one son, Greg (Amy) Horton; one daughter, Ashley (Tom) Boldman; one brother, George Dutton; two granddaughters, Samantha Horton and Josie Boldman, and one grandson, Alex Horton. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins                                      

She was an Office Clerk.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday, January 14 from 11:00 AM until the time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.»(Do not delete this line.
