Neil was a good neighbor to us when we lived beside him. He was a caring man who lended a hand when he was asked. Our prayers and sympathy go out to Joann, Neil II , and Family as well as their extended family. May the peace of Christ be with you this day and days to come. Karen and Phil Lucas
