Obituary of Ottis Elwood Kelley

Ottis Elwood Kelley, 91, of Blaine, KY passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Kelley was born April 9, 1930, in Sandy Hook, Kentucky to the late Doshia Boggs.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fay Kelley; two daughters, Sherry (Ricky) Vance and Susan (Billy) Hammonds; one sister, Kathy Ross; two grandsons, Elijah Vance and Billy Hammonds, Jr.; two granddaughters, Asia Hammonds and Kayla Hammonds; one   step granddaughter, Valerie Vance; one step great granddaughter, Kilee McCarty; and a special nephew, Rodney Boggs.                                        

He was an auto mechanic and a United States Army Veteran. 

Funeral services will be conducted at Noon on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Friday, March 4 from 6-9 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
