Eileen Butler, 91, of Louisa, KY passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Butler was born May 13, 1930, in Lawrence County, KY to the late Barnes and Cena Steele Butler.
She is survived by one son, Carl Hazelett; one nephew, Nelson Sparks; three grandsons, Jeremy Hazelett, Dustin Hazelett, and Travis Wheeler; and two granddaughters, Amanda Dingess and Ashley Pendley. She also leaves behind numerous other family and friends.
She was a Licensed Practical Nurse.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11am on Friday, March 18, 2022, at the Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Pat Kees officiating. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
