Charles Kay McCormick 55 of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday April 25, 2013 at his home. Charles was born Oct. 10, 1957, the son of Charles E. and Nannie Spillman McCormick. He was a former employee of the Veterans Administration and a United States Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce McCormick. Survivors include his parents Charles and Nannie Spillman of Huntington, WV; two daughters Francesca O’Toole and husband TJ, and Alexandria Steimer and husband Michael; three sons Alex Steimer of Bossier City, LA, Charles Allen McCormick of MI, and Matthew McCormick of Huntington, WV; three grandchildren Isabella Steimer, Lucy Steimer, and Owen O’Toole; a sister Juanita Eller and husband Chris also of Huntington, WV; nieces Melissa Bowen and Amber Bowen; aunt Dorothy Spilllman of Columbus, OH, and uncle Carl Spillman of Delaware, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday April 25th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Darrell Brewer. Burial will follow with military honors at the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa, KY. Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday April 24th at Wilson Funeral Home.
